Bruce Sargent
Bruce has practiced law in top tier and smaller law firms for over 22 years.
Bruce has operated and built a number of successful businesses and understands what makes a business “tick”. Bruce’s preferred practice areas are:

Prior to the law Bruce practiced as a specialist commercial property valuer for a national practice and also in his own practice.
Bruce acted for land owners in the resumption (compulsory acquisition) process, was an expert witness in the High Court and has also acted in arbitrations of commercial rent reviews.

Simone has been working in law in excess of twenty years and has worked predominantly in the area of Estate Planning, including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Testamentary Trust Wills and Business Succession Planning.

Simone has a keen interest in Estate Litigation and Family Provision Claims, offering comprehensive assistance for all your Estate Planning requirements. Additionally, Simone has cultivated a strong interest in Business Sales and Acquisitions, as well as Corporation and Commercial Law.
