We do more than fill out a precedent lease. We are always looking to add value to a landlord client by drafting effective rent review clauses that will maximise the value of the client’s asset.

As a Tenant, a lease that is not properly negotiated can leave you with higher operating costs and exit requirements.
When acting for a Tenant, we review the lease with a practical and cost effective approach and aim to limit the costs imposed such as maintenance, rent reviews and make good at the end of the lease.
We read every word of a landlord’s lease, advise as to the terms, recommending practical and cost saving amendments. We offer fixed fees so there are no hidden surprises!
